The tour included 62 dates across North America, Europe and Australia. The first 13 dates took place in smaller, intimate venues, while the next set of dates took place in arenas. The tour grossed $40 million. 4 Your Eyez Only received nominations for Top Rap Album at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, and Album of the Year at the 2017 BET Awards. The album was also nominated for Album of the Year at the 2017 BET Hip Hop Awards. 4 Your Eyez Only World Tour was nominated for Top Rap Tour at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards.

"ATM" music video received nominations in two categories at the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards, including Best Hip Hop Video and Best Art Direction. KOD was nominated for Album of the Year at the 2018 BET Hip Hop Awards. The album was nominated for Favorite Album at the 44th People's Choice Awards.
